Dr Sergey Shevchenko is a founder of the company. He is a geophysicist with over 35 years experience in resource industry with versatile skills. He has over 25 years experience in oil and gas industry in both exploration and production projects in 18 basins worldwide. Mineral exploration expertise within various mineral systems and geological terrains.

 

His key skills and interests:

 

  • Structural and stratigraphic mapping of seismic data using wide range of interpretation software within clastic and carbonate depositional systems with experience in various tectonic and stratigraphic settings.

  • Exploration evaluations on a regional to prospect scale with prospect risk analysis and volumetric estimations.

  • Reservoir characterization: Inversion, AVO.

  • Seismic stratigraphy, wells correlation, log analysis, time to depth conversion, synthetics, VSP, seismic attributes

  • Field development, well operations.

  • Gravity, magnetic, remote sensing methods and GIS.

 

He worked for companies: Santos, DownUnder Geosolutions, Cooper Energy, TransAtlantic Petroleum, Incremental Petroleum, Arc Energy, Monitor Energy, Woodside Petroleum, Department of Mines and Petroleum of Western Australia, CGG Exploration Company.
